1. Overview This equipment is composed of powder automatic feeding machine, powder filling and single-head capping machine. Compact in structure and easy to operate, it is a powder filling and capping machine independently developed by our company in combination with domestic and foreign advanced technology and our own experience. This machine is specially designed for powder filling in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, pesticide and other industries. It adopts helical screw filling, and the servo motor controls the filling volume, so the filling volume is accurate. Fast clamp connection, easy to disassemble, easy to clean and disinfect. Integrates automatic capping and capping functions. It saves site space and equipment energy consumption, and improves production efficiency. 2. Basic Mechanism Principles (1) Put the empty bottle into the hopper of the elevator, and bring the bottle to the bottle unscrambler hopper, the bottle unscrambler hopper will sort the bottle automatically and send it to the turntable. (2) After the empty bottle enters the turntable of the filling machine, when the empty bottle is brought to the filling station with the rotation of the turntable, the filling nozzle descends to start the filling action, and the filling nozzle rises after the preset filling volume is completed. (3) After the filling nozzle is lifted, the bottle is sent to the cap pressing station with the rotation of the turntable, and the pressing head accurately pushes the outer cap to the bottle mouth, and then the pressing head rises. (4) After finishing the cap pressing, the bottle continues to rotate with the turntable, when the bottle turns to the capping station. The capping head automatically descends and grasps the outer cap to tighten the outer cap. After the capping is completed, the capping head opens and rises automatically. Next station.
